Processing Your Order

We take about 8 to 15 business days to process your order. Once it’s shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.

Delivery Times

• Within the UAE: 8-12 business days
• International Orders: 10-18 business days (delivery time depends on your location and your local postal service).

We use third-party shipping services, and delays may occur due to carrier issues, high package volume, or customs clearance. These factors are beyond our control, so we are not responsible for any shipping delays.

Shipping Costs

The shipping fee depends on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping option you select at checkout. You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, please note that you may need to pay customs duties or import taxes in your country. These fees are your responsibility, and we’re unable to cover any delays caused by customs.

Returns and Exchanges

We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that are unworn and undamaged within 14 days of delivery(for retail orders). Custom Wholesale or personalized orders are not eligible for returns. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
